Each Month at Main Ridge Dairy Learn the art of cheese making while also tasting some fantastic award winning cheeses. Courses run from 10-4 and are held monthy and cost $150 pp including everything you need to make your cheese (hoops, cultures, milk), lunch and a milking tour.
